Dennis Pagan stated he is going to (update and) re-publish many of his Cross Country Articles from the USHPA Hang Gliding Magazine... this for inclusion in Cross Country Coaching Manuals

Dennis Pagen discusses hang gliding issues at the CIVL Plenary 2010
Subjects include sprog settings, points for altitude in a stopped task, weight restrictions, open-distance comps, and prototype gliders at Cat 1 events.
